This area is fast moving. Indian courts have been refusing jurisdiction in these cases, unless one of the parties is an Indian resident or if they spent significant time in India after marriage. Best to consult an Indian lawyer to find out the current standards applied in India.

Thanks. Basically we are trying our options and chances to see if it is possible to work towards a fellowship based on the current restrogressed scenerio. Would any of them have handled such scenerios, I guess Khanna's office would be best option ??? Stephen Perlitsh seems to have answers to all kinds of questions but he is difficult to access.

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding filling the emp history on G325, I did part time jobs in my university(in the allowed 20 hours) do i need to mention this as well or its just the professional emp part ? The problem is i used to work on and off in my pt jobs which comes out with a lot of periods with breaks in between.

My application was received on July 3 at NSC. Till now, I haven't received any notices. I got the RNs by calling USCIS.
Now, I placed an expedite order on my EAD on Friday. They sent me a mail saying my app was received on Oct 10 and not July 3 (yeah right! if it was oct 10, why would you even accept it?). So I faxed them the fedex delivery signature confirmation. Today I see a LUD on my EAD app but nothing else has changed.
Can anyone shed some light on what might possibly going on here? I can probably wait for some more time to find out for sure but I am curious. Guys with approved EAD - did you see a LUD on your app before it was approved?

Actually, you can file 485 when your PD becomes current, even if the 140 is still pending approval. You need to submit the 140 details alongwith your 484 application.
Once a I140 is filed without the I485 one has to wait for I140 approval before being eigible for filing I485

Did anyone (or spouse) applied for Social Security No. who were using ITIN before, for tax purposes. I have applied for 485 and EAD and plan to apply for my wife's Social Security once I get the EAD. Are there any tax filing implications? How to switch to this new number and still be able to e-file next year (assuming I get EAD this year)?

HI DAN19, don't worry your parcel will go to lower weldon str. I lived in Burlington VT for couple of years and williston is part of Burlington town and St. Albans is 3 exits from Burlington. Williston could be sorting station for FedEx. and last scan sweep.

My Father is applying for Citizenship in Nov 10. If he becomes Citizen then can I file I485 under F3(married sons and daughters of citizen parents). Category and port priority date of May 03 from my employment base I-485 to I-485 under F3?

I have pending I-485 through an approved I-140 (EB). PD is not current. I recently got married and my spouse is a US Citizen. We are considering pursueing FB application. Reading through the forums I gather that my spouse has to file I-130 and I file for I-485. My question is regarding I-485.
If I have to file for a new I-485, what happens to the existing one? Do I have to get new medical exam? Can I use existing AP, EAD or can I use EAD/AP that I currently have from my EB based application?
If an interfiling is possible, when should this be done - concurrently along with I-130 filing or we have to wait till I-130 is approved? Also what is the procedure for "interfiling"?

My current H1 expires on the 30th of September 2007. I have applied for H1 extension under premium processing and it is pending.
My Query is:
Can I work after my H1 expires on the 30th and my H1 extension is still pending? i.e. continue working based on a pending H1 application? If so, for how long?

Looks like a tough little guy to capture. The way things are lined up, I think you could successfully clone out the branches in front of him. I'd leave the others. Any more sharpening would over-sharpen thetail. Although you could copy the layer, apply more sharpening to the layer, then mask out everything except the parts of the head you'd like to change.
